What is the Ordering Premiere?
Included with every collection, the complimentary Ordering Premiere is a (optional) delivery method available to you when you’re looking to create custom artwork from your photos. Whether you’re looking to add on more pages to a wedding album, or grab gift album copies for your family, or perhaps you’re interested in creating long lasting & professional quality art pieces for your home or office, we’ve got you covered! The Ordering Premiere offers an elevated delivery experience that’s both intimate and convenient. As a “movie style” Premiere from the convenience of your own home, it takes place online (via Zoom). We recommend dimming the lights, playing your favorite playlist, and sharing a snack, meal, and or drink to commemorate the occasion! Family members are also welcome to attend (or not! – see Who Should Attend below). 😉
The Ordering Premiere is also when all product credits are redeemed & images are delivered.
(For those uninterested in commissioning additional art pieces or redeeming any print credits, they may opt out – see below.)
When is the Ordering Premiere Scheduled?
We recommend scheduling your Ordering Premiere as soon as you know your availability. Ordering Premieres may be scheduled as soon as one business day after your Photo Session, or as soon as 2-3 weeks after your Wedding/ Event, based on studio availability. Our availability is booked first come, first serve, and can fill up quickly at select times of year. You may schedule before or after your Photo Session/ Wedding/ Event. Our entire Editing & Post Production Schedule is based on the date you reserve for your Ordering Premiere.

What Happens at the Ordering Premiere?
We start your Online Premiere with a slideshow of all your images! Viewing all these images for the first time can take 10-15 minutes for Photo Sessions, or 45 – 60 minutes for Weddings/ Events. We recommend dimming the lights, have your favorite playlist playing in the background, and having some drinks, snacks, or even a meal to enjoy (for weddings in particular) to commemorate this event!
After you’ve had a chance to relive all of your amazing moments & memories, we walk you through a brief selection process, and walk you through any conceptual pre-designed concepts we might have discussed with you during your planning call. Any art pieces you commission during your Premiere also go through an additional round of complimentary retouching to ensure a perfect finished piece! (Skinny tool, blemish removals, background item removal, additional color toning, etc)! All of that is included!
Please note, that all Specials & Pricing are secured for your Ordering Premiere and expire at the end of your meeting. Please discuss amongst yourselves & family members which art pieces you might be interested in commissioning before your Premiere.
While art pieces are commissioned DURING your Ordering Premiere, you may select the actual images to fulfill each product at a later date in time AFTER the Premiere.
An important thing to keep in mind – there are no minimum order requirements for the Premiere. You are not under any obligation to commission any additional art pieces.
Who should attend?
We would love to see you & your significant other at your Ordering Premiere.
Family members are also welcome to attend if they’re interested in commissioning art pieces from your photos (think wall art pieces, parent albums, etc). The more pieces that are commissioned and bundled together, the better the specials are. If your family cannot make it to your Ordering Premiere, (or you wish to keep the experience for yourselves!), you may discuss their orders with them in advance and place their orders during your Premiere.
For smaller print orders (ie: 4×6, 5×7, 8×10 photographic prints), family & friends may place orders directly in your Online Gallery after your Ordering Premiere.
In the event that you or your significant other have crazy schedules and cannot find a date and time together to schedule your Ordering Premiere, that’s ok too! You may review your specials in advance and discuss which particular pieces you’re interested in commissioning for your home and then place those orders during your Premiere. OR – contact us directly for an alternative availability schedule – we’re happy to shift our schedule around to accomodate you when we can!
While art pieces are commissioned DURING your Ordering Premiere, you may select the actual images to fulfill each product at a later date in time AFTER the Premiere.

How long is the Ordering Premiere?
Ordering Premieres for sessions can last up to 60-90 minutes. Ordering Premieres for weddings can last up to 90 minutes.
The format of this Ordering Premiere is an online video Zoom call from the convenience of your own home.
What do I need to know before my Ordering Premiere?
We’ll be sending you a list of our top tips (or check them out here) to make this a special night for you & your significant other! In addition to reviewing those tips, be sure to review your Specials & Pricing in advance. Once you reserve your Ordering Premiere date, we contact our vendors to secure your Specials & Pricing. You will receive your Specials & Pricing information within 1-2 days of scheduling your Premiere. Please note, that all Specials & Pricing are secured for your Premiere and expire at the end of your meeting. Please discuss amongst yourselves & family members which art pieces you might be interested in commissioning before your Premiere.

How/ When do I get access to my photos?
Your Digital JPGS will be delivered during or immediately after your Ordering Premiere. If your photo collection did not include Digital JPGS, you will have the option to purchase them during your Premiere.
Can I see my photos ahead of time?
We typically do our best to share sneak peeks with you ahead of your Ordering Premiere! If there’s anything in particular you’d like to see, let us know – we’re happy to share them with you!
If you’d like to see your entire gallery before your Ordering Premiere or Gallery Delivery Call, please note that our entire Post Production Process hinges on the date you select for your Ordering Premiere/ Gallery Delivery. Galleries are not uploaded in advance and are not ready for viewing until your scheduled reservation time.

Can I make purchases after the Ordering Premiere?
Due to limited storage capacity, propietary raw image files are not stored long term on our servers after the Ordering Premiere (read more about raw files here). This restricts the future sales of select art piece products that would require additional retouching or enlarged file sizes.
For smaller print orders (ie: 4×6, 5×7, 8×10 photographic prints), you may place orders directly in your Online Gallery after your Ordering Premiere.
For the pieces you wish to commission but cannot do so at this time due to other financial obligations, we highly recommend selecting a payment plan option. Payment Plans are completely free, zero interest, and lock in all your specials & credits from your Ordering Premiere. Payment plan details will be included in your Specials & Pricing information.
Please note, pricing and products are subject to change daily based on current vendor supplies. If available, future artwork commissioned after the Ordering Premiere will be subject to future list pricing at the time of ordering and without specials or discounts.
How much do clients spend at the Ordering Premiere?
On average, our clients typically spend about a $1000 or so in commissioned art pieces for their home. Some spend more, some spend less. An important thing to keep in mind – there are no minimum order requirements for the Ordering Premiere. You are not under any obligation to commission any additional art pieces.
Once you reserve your Ordering Premiere date, we contact our vendors to secure your Specials & Pricing. You will receive your Specials & Pricing information within 1-2 weeks of your Ordering Premiere.
For the pieces you wish to commission but cannot do so at this time due to other financial obligations, we highly recommend selecting a payment plan option. In place of your Ordering Premiere, a 10-15 minute Delivery Phone Call will be scheduled. Please note, all credits on file (ie: $500 Booking Specials/ Catalogue Credits) expire upon photo delivery. All credits must be redeemed during the Ordering Premiere or Gallery Delivery Phone Call. All credits not redeemed by the time of photo delivery are forfeited.
Can I skip the Ordering Premiere?
In the event that you or your significant other have crazy schedules and cannot find a date and time together to schedule your Ordering Premiere, that’s ok too! You may review your specials in advance and discuss which particular pieces you’re interested in commissioning for your home and then place those orders during your Premiere. If you simply do not have time for your Ordering Premiere but wish to commission additional art pieces from your photos, please let us know. You may opt out of your Ordering Premiere and place your orders at the time of your Gallery Delivery Phone Call.

(Please allow 1-2 days for us to secure your Specials & Pricing for you after you schedule your Ordering Premiere.) After reviewing your Specials & Pricing, you may contact us directly to cancel your reservation. In place of your Ordering Premiere, a 10-15 minute Delivery Phone Call will be scheduled.
If you’d prefer to opt out of the Ordering Premiere regardless of the recommendations listed above, you may schedule a 10-15 minute Gallery Delivery Phone Call instead.
