Inclement Weather Policy

Photo sessions that take place outdoors qualify for complimentary rescheduling by the Studio in the event of inclement weather. The option to cancel and reschedule less than 24 hours before the session will be made by the Studio based on hourly weather predictions leading up to the session. Conditions that qualify as inclement weather include a 25% chance or more of rain, extreme wind, and temperatures below 45°F and above 85°F. High humidity levels are also factored into inclement weather conditions. If you would like to keep your session date/ time regardless of inclement weather predictions, an indoor venue back up location is required.
