Who will be our photographer(s)?
You’ll be cared for by a Lead Photographer + Assistant Photographer. Your lead may be Jaimie, Kyle, or an associate photographer, depending on your date and coverage choice. Every assistant and associate is trained in our process so you can expect the same organized, true-to-life experience.

When do we get our photos?
Usually within a couple of weeks. Your exact delivery date is typically scheduled with you during your Photography Timeline Planning Meeting.
How many photos will we receive? Do we get all of the photos?
With a Lead Photographer + Assistant Photographer, most couples receive 100 – 150 edited images per hour. For full day coverage, that’s typically 800 – 1,200 images. Your final count varies with the timeline and guest count, but we always deliver a complete, curated story of your day.

My venue is dark. Do you bring additional lighting?
Yes. We come prepared with professional lighting (on- and off-camera) and backup gear – so you can feel confident in dark venues, outdoor night portraits, and fast-changing reception lighting. If your ceremony space doesn’t allow flash, we’re equipped to photograph beautifully in low light without it.

Do you retouch photos?
Every image you receive includes our signature true-to-life editing (selection, exposure and color correction, straightening, and light cropping as needed). We keep things polished – but still natural and you.
For wedding albums and commissioned artwork, we include complimentary custom retouching and tailor it to your preferences so your final pieces feel finished.
If you’d like advanced retouching (beauty-style retouching, skin smoothing, body shaping, etc.), we offer it as an optional add-on at your Ordering Premiere. We’ll show you what’s possible and customize it to your comfort level.

How do you handle backups and emergencies?
We’re a Lead Photographer + Assistant Photographer team and we plan thoroughly – so you’re never relying on one person or one camera. We bring backup gear, and our cameras record each image to two separate memory cards as we work. After the wedding, your images are backed up to our studio system and an offsite backup, and memory cards aren’t reused until after delivery.
Can we reschedule if needed?
We understand – life happens, and we’ll always do our best to help. If your date changes, please reach out as soon as you know and we’ll look at our availability for the new date. To reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Because we turn down other weddings for your date once you’re booked, the retainer remains non-refundable, and reschedules within 60 days of the wedding date are typically not able to be accommodated. All details are outlined in the contract, and we’re happy to walk through it with you before booking.
