Planning Call

We start with a conversation about your team size, where the photos will be used, and the look you want, whether that is formal and traditional or relaxed and approachable. This is the time to share your vision, schedule the session, and ask any questions.

Session Day

Every group rate includes one photographer and an assistant. We guide each person through posing and expression so they look confident and like themselves, with careful attention to lighting, angles and composition.

Retouching

After the session, we select the best images and retouch them with color correction, exposure correction and minor skin softening. Advanced retouching is available as an add-on for high-level skin smoothing, stray hair removal and blemish removal.

Final Delivery

You receive high-resolution digital files with a usage license, ready for your website, social media profiles, marketing materials and press releases.

Do You Come to Our Office?

Yes. We bring a full studio setup to your office when there is enough space, or you can choose from our approved studio locations around Atlanta.

What Is Included in Your Group Rates?

Can We Add Full-Length Photos or Extra Retouching?

Yes. Full body images and advanced professional retouching are each 50% of the per-person price. An on-site makeup artist is $350 and complimentary for groups of 20 or more.

Do You Travel Outside of Atlanta?

Yes. We photograph teams locally in Atlanta and are available to travel nationwide and worldwide.
