Complimentary Timeline Meeting
All wedding (& some elopement) collections include a complimentary Photography Timeline Planning Meeting. We typically reach out 75 days before your wedding to schedule. At that time, you will also be sent a photography preference questionnaire to complete ahead of your meeting. Once completed, your questionnaire will give us a strong idea of your photography priorities & shed some light on the best ways to organize your hours of coverage. Your Photography Timeline Meeting typically takes place 30 – 60 days before your wedding & online via Zoom.
During this meeting, we’ll review your specific image requests and plan when and where we’ll capture your images throughout the day. We’ll also take into account the amount of time required for us to complete each part of the day as it relates to your photo priorities. You are also welcome to add on more time to your Collection during this meeting after reviewing all of your photo requests. With well over a decade of experience, we’ll help you avoid all the pitfalls that come with wedding day planning in terms of photography.
Complimentary Portrait Session
Complimentary Portrait Session includes 75 minutes of time with one photographer, 4-6 week delivery time, & Digital JPGS with Professional Editing. Additional travel fees apply for locations farther than 25 miles from the Studio (Marietta, GA). Additional fees also apply for locations that require a photography permit, entrance fee, paid parking, etc. Complimentary Portrait Session may be redeemed as an engagement, bridal, or family portrait session. Sessions may not be redeemed towards headshots, branding, modeling, commercial work, or event style photography.
+$500 Portrait Catalogue Credit
USES: $500 Catalogue Credits must be redeemed on physical Product Catalogue items from the intended session only (ie: Wedding Catalogue Credits must be redeemed on Wedding Product Catalogue items, Engagement Catalogue Credits must be redeemed on Engagement Product Catalogue items, etc). These Credits may not be redeemed towards time based or digital products (ie: Portrait Sessions, Wedding Hours of Coverage, Digital JPGS, etc). These Credits may not be redeemed towards online gallery print purchases.
EXPIRATION: These credits expire upon the photo delivery for the service from which the Credit was obtained.
STUDIO POLICIES: These Credits may not be redeemed for cash & have no monetary value. These credits may not be combined with other offers.
16 x 20 Canvas

Personalized Wedding Album
With the thickest pages of our entire album series, the Black Label Album offers the most in terms of durability.
Handcrafted in Italy, this album provides the most customization options with various paper choices & premium cover materials.
Personalize this book to match your wedding day perfectly!
The Black Label Album may also be swapped out for 1 Platinum Album & 2 8x12 identical Parent Albums (see below).
Extended Day
All hours must be booked consecutively. Additional fees apply for hours not booked in a consecutive manner. Hours are non-transferrable & non-refundable. No credits will be given for unused hours.
Additional consecutive hours may be added on at a rate of $500/ hour in advance of your event, or $700/ hour on the day of your event (given that the studio is available). Additional hours may be pro-rated to the nearest 15 minute increment. These rates may vary depending on the number of team members on your Photo Team (photographers, assistants, etc).
2 Photographers
No matter how many hours you need, rest assured your wedding day will be captured from every angle and vantage point by two photographers. Your Photo Team will include some combination of Jaimie Dee, Kyle, or an Associate Photographer (Calvin, Omari, Dani, & Tiffany). With well over a decade's worth of experience present in all Photo Teams, you’ll be in great hands.
Photo Teams include one lead photographer and one assistant photographer. Each photographer will have varying objectives & priorities throughout the wedding day. The lead photographer tends to photograph larger/ wider images that capture the full story. The assistant photographer tends to capture more close up detailed images that pick apart a scene and focus on moments that might be missed by the lead photographer. When working together, a Photo Team photographs from multiple vantage points and covers a wide range of photos in a short amount of time.
The assistant photographer may also act as a lighting/ general assistant to manage gear as needed throughout the day.
Lead and assistant photographers also act as an additional form of backup for one another in the event of possible equipment failure. This helps to preserve your wedding day timeline and helps to ensure your events run smoothly throughout the day.
All Photo Team members (photographers, assistants, etc) must remain together at all points throughout the day to work effectively & efficiently as a team.
Occasionally an additional assistant may be required to help manage additional gear depending on the nature of the wedding day timeline & venue requirements.
Edited Digital JPGS from your Wedding
While our basic Professional Edit includes color & exposure correction, we do SO much more. You can learn all about our editing process here.
Digital JPG Files are delivered directly through your Online Gallery when included as part of your Collection. Digital JPGS may be watermarked in your Online Gallery for security purposes, but are not watermarked once downloaded.
All Digital JPGS are delivered in approximately 2000x3000 pixels.
Complimentary Online Gallery
The Online Gallery is the best and easiest way to share your images with your family and friends! In the Online Gallery, you'll have the ability to order small sized prints directly from our professional print vendor. By default, your gallery is posted for 30 days - but your gallery may always be extended as needed.
Complimentary Ordering Premiere
Included with all wedding photography packages and prices, the complimentary Ordering Premiere is a (optional) delivery method available to you when you're looking to create custom artwork from your wedding day. Whether you're looking to add on more pages to your wedding album, or grab gift album copies for your family, or perhaps you're interested in creating long lasting & professional quality art pieces for your home or office, we've got you covered! The Ordering Premiere offers an elevated delivery experience that's both intimate and convenient. As a “movie style” Premiere from the convenience of your own home, it takes place online (via Zoom). We recommend dimming the lights, playing your favorite playlist, and sharing a snack, meal, and or drink to commemorate the occasion!
