How Booking Works
1. Reserve Your Date
Reserve your date with a $300 booking retainer and signed contract (weekdays).
2. Session Day
We photograph your session (guided, relaxed, efficient).
3. Ordering Appointment
You see your finished images and choose what you’d like to purchase.
The $300 retainer is for the photography service (time + talent). Images are purchased separately at your Ordering Appointment.

Ordering Appointment – What to Expect
Your Ordering Appointment is a 20-30 minute Zoom meeting where we reveal your finished images for the first time and guide you through purchasing photos from your session.
A few things to know:
- This meeting is your image reveal and guided ordering time.
- Weekdays (Mon-Thu) Sessions: there is no minimum purchase beyond the booking retainer – clients only buy what they love.
- Weekends (Fri-Sun) Sessions: your $1800 minimum pre-purchase is applied toward whatever you choose at your Ordering Appointment. We’ll walk you through the options and help you choose what best fits your priorities.
- Once your Ordering Appointment is scheduled, we plan post-production so your images are fully edited and retouched in time for your reveal.
- If you’d like to purchase photos from your session, orders are placed during the Ordering Appointment so the process stays simple and delivery stays fast.
What Your $300 Booking Retainer Covers
Your booking retainer reserves your session time on the calendar and covers the photography service (time + talent) and guided experience. Images are purchased separately at your Ordering Appointment.

Additional retouching requests (object removal, extensive cleanup, head swaps, etc.) are quoted separately.
Service Upgrades (Optional)
Additional Hours | $300/hr
Add more time for multiple locations, outfit changes, or a slower pace. May be pro-rated to the nearest 15 minutes.
Holiday Fee | $500+
Holiday dates are limited and may include an additional fee & ordering minimums.
Lighting / General Assistant | $150
Recommended for midday sun, after sunset, or challenging indoor lighting.

How do I book? What happens next?
You’ll book directly through the proposal email we sent.
- Review the quote
- Select the option that fits your date (weekday or weekend)
- Accept the quote
- Sign the contract
- Submit the required payment
Once those steps are complete, your date is officially reserved.

Do you have a minimum purchase?
For Weekday sessions (Mon–Thu), there is no minimum purchase requirement beyond the booking retainer. You choose what you’d like to purchase at your Ordering Appointment.
For Weekend (Fri–Sun) & Holiday sessions, these dates reserve with a minimum pre-purchase that is applied toward your order. Weekend minimum pre-purchases are non-refundable.
Where do you photograph / do you travel?
Standard Coverage Area
Our standard coverage area is within ~25 miles of our Kennesaw base.
This includes most of Metro Atlanta, including areas like Marietta, Smyrna, Vinings, Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Decatur – plus many North Metro areas such as Acworth, Woodstock, Canton, and Cartersville.
Choosing a Location
Clients are welcome to bring their own location ideas.
If a location is outside our standard coverage area, requires special access/permissions, or is a specialty environment (for example: private establishments or businesses, or restricted areas), it may require additional planning, travel fees, and approval.
Location Costs + Permissions
Location-related costs are the client’s responsibility. This may include permits, paid parking, entry fees, or rental/location fees.
Safety + Logistics
We reserve the right to decline any location request for safety, access, or logistical reasons.
When do we see the images?
At your Ordering Appointment on Zoom.
We plan post-production so your images are fully edited and retouched in time for your Ordering Appointment.
When do we receive purchased digital files?
Paid in Full: When available, digital files are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
Payment Plan: Files are delivered after the final payment clears, typically within 2–3 business days.
Can we use a payment plan for digital files?
Yes – payment plans may be available.
